The "CO" filter is characterized by the horizontal arrangement of the filtering cartridges. Their extraction for checks. maintenance and replacement is carried out in the front. Each horizontal filter element consists of a Ø 325x1200 mm cartridge mounted on special supports. Each module consists of 4 cartridges Ø 325x1200 mm for a total filtering area of 80 m2 per module. The single module can handle, in relation to the nature and concentration of dust, a variable quantity of air from 4000 to 12000 m3/h. The "reverse jet" compressed air cleaning system is driven and controlled by an electronic sequencer which, in addition to controlling the opening and closing of a solenoid valve for each filtering cartridge, provides a continuous reading of the ΔP value intervening only when actually needed. The "CO" filters are equipped as standard with a control panel with operation stop function. The panel manages the fan and the cleaning system and provides a clean NO contact to operate the "remote" filter with the consent of your machine. The "CO" filters are equipped, as standard, with polyester cartridges with 99.92% efficiency. Other types of filtering elements can be chosen according to the type of pollutants to be treated. Each "CO" filter is equipped with a standard hopper with four support legs and a 500x500 dust collection container with quick coupling.
Construction
Carbon steel sheets, punched and folded. Appropriately treated, RAL powder coated and baked in the furnace to ensure maximum corrosion resistance.
